Crypto Gain Hub ("CGH," "we," "us") publishes crypto market commentary, a free educational guide, curated resources, and links to a paid community hosted on a third-party platform (Skool). This policy explains what information we collect through cryptogainhub.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
We keep collection minimal by design:
Usage data. Standard log and analytics data — pages viewed, referring site, device/browser type, approximate location (city-level), and time spent — collected automatically via analytics tools (e.g. Cloudflare Web Analytics or a comparable service) and cookies.
Voluntarily provided information. If any page on the Site includes an email signup, contact form, or similar opt-in, we collect the email address or other details you enter. Where no such form exists, the free guide is a direct file download and requires no personal information.
Third-party account data. If you join the Discover Crypto community on Skool (an affiliate partner, not operated by CGH), follow us on X, or use an affiliate partner's link, that platform's own privacy policy governs the information you give them — CGH does not receive your account credentials or payment details from those services.
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies (analytics pixels, local storage) to remember basic preferences and understand aggregate traffic patterns. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect some site functionality but will not prevent you from reading content or downloading the guide.
To understand which content is useful and improve the Site; to send occasional updates, if you've opted into an email list; to detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or security issues; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
The Site links to third-party services, including affiliate partners (wallet providers, charting and tax software, trading platforms, and the Discover Crypto community on Skool). Every product listed is something we use or have independently vetted, and we list well-regarded tools we don't have a partnership with right alongside the ones we do, clearly labeled either way. If a product stops meeting our bar, we remove it — partnership or not.

Crypto Gain Hub ("CGH") sells educational digital content and community access. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," the following policy applies to everything sold on or through this Site.
Purchases of digital downloads and courses sold directly by CGH come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of purchase from the email address used at checkout and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Our paid community is hosted on Skool, a third-party platform. Billing and cancellation for the community are handled through Skool under its own terms. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges; membership fees already billed for the current period are non-refundable unless required by law. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us and we'll help resolve it with the platform.
Physical merchandise (if offered) is produced on demand by our print partner. We'll replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted — email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection, so please check the size chart before ordering.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve nearly every billing issue faster than the dispute process. Fraudulent chargebacks on delivered digital goods may result in removal from the community and refusal of future service.
